You can visit the steel mill, the Museum of Socialist Realism, take lunch in a typical socialist beanery, and take a ride in a Trabant, a typical car reminiscent of socialist times. A water tram to Tyniec! The areas around Krakow can be enjoyed in different ways, one of them being a cruise along the Vistula River. You’ll get to see Krakow from a different perspective, you’ll visit the Benedictine abbey – a Romanesque basilica and 15th century church with a monastery.
A picnic by the water will give you the energy needed for the return trip! We recommend taking a bike trip along the embankments of the river – only for those who are very determined and with a passion for active recreation.
